The Leadership Training in Munich was definitely worth the trip.

Even for an "old hand" like me, it was consistently engaging and enriching. We covered theory in many areas of leadership, but more importantly, we dove deeply into practical topics. This proved especially valuable in the group context, as we were constantly learning from each other’s experiences.

With her psychological background, Ilka is a master at using open and gentle questions to uncover the areas where leadership challenges often lie: "You don't know what you don't know." I appreciated being able to learn and practice methods and approaches to tackle these.

All in all, it was two engaging days filled with just the right amount of theory, plenty of practical and hands-on exercises, and valuable exchange with fellow participants.

It was a truly enriching experience, and I took away a lot from the training.

On top of that, it was actually fun and not a dry workshop :)

The exchange with the other participants was also very helpful.
I find Ilka’s direct manner really refreshing, and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the workshop.

A leadership training from which both “freshly minted” and “seasoned” leaders can equally benefit.

A compact training format that serves as a methodical “flyover” of, on the one hand, the responsibilities that leaders have (and must have) toward their team and their organization, and on the other hand, the potential opportunities for shaping a space — together with employees and the team — that fosters personal and professional development within the company.

“My personal coaching sessions were amazing and Ilka was highly perceptive and quick to observe patterns in my behaviour that should be reflected on and improved (as well as my key strengths). We had very open and honest discussions where I felt comfortable sharing my challenges without boundaries. Ilka was adept at finding a balance between giving empathy and also challenging my status quo.

To this day I still use the insights I got from those sessions in my daily leadership work.

Working with Ilka felt very different to previous coaching experiences in that she invested a lot of time getting to know and understand how I tick personally and meld that to the broader context I was in at the time. This was done in a highly structured way in the form of reflections, exercises and actions. This made the whole process very concrete and real (not just theory). I felt that Ilka cared a lot about outcomes not just the coaching process. Ilka is very honest, fun and authentic in her style and approach and I felt very comfortable and motivated to work with her.”

“Thank you Ilka! Again, you did a marvellous job on guiding us through our challenges, but this time it felt to me like you have reached another level.

You managed to frame the situation with clear and sharp words and exactly pointing out the spots where the pain is. At the same time you brought gratitude and respect to the room, which is something I have rarely seen in any other workshop so far.

Last but not least you come as you are - authentic and with obviously strong capabilities on the one side, but open and vulnerable on the other side. It was a joy for me to watch and learn and to be part of it.”
